Piano concert of the Grand Prix winner of the Monte Carlo Piano Masters in Berlin
Russian pianist Nikolai Kuznetsov is one of the brightest and most sought-after performers of our time, a laureate of international competitions and winner of the prestigious Grand Prix at the Monte Carlo Piano Masters, held under the patronage of Prince Albert II of Monaco. He is also the absolute winner of the 23rd International Ricardo Viñes Piano Competition in Spain and a top prizewinner at the Wandering Music Stars competition in Tel Aviv. His talent has been recognized with a PricewaterhouseCoopers grant and the public award “Future of Russia.”
Nikolai performs solo recitals in Russia and abroad, participates in the Moscow Philharmonic’s federal program “Stars of the 21st Century” and the project “Denis Matsuev Presents: Dialogue of Generations.” His concerts take place on the world’s most prestigious stages: at the Monte Carlo Opera (where he performed at the gala celebrating the 100th anniversary of Prince Rainier III), the Salle Gaveau in Paris, the Royal Opera House of Muscat, the Nice Opera, and the Teatro Colón in Bogotá.
Nikolai Kuznetsov has collaborated with leading symphony orchestras, including the State Academic Symphony Orchestra of Russia named after E. F. Svetlanov, the Mariinsky Theatre Symphony Orchestra, the Monte Carlo Philharmonic, the Jerusalem Symphony Orchestra, the Royal Symphony Orchestra of Oman, the State Hermitage Orchestra, and many others. His tours cover Russia, Europe, the Middle East, South America, and Asia.
